The Anglican Journal Corporation was dissolved in 2012, at which time the Council of General Synod agreed to ask the General Synod to create “the Committee for the Anglican Journal.” This committee would have the same membership as the Communications and Information Resources Committee, but would elect its own chair. An additional member from the Anglican Editors Association is appointed by the Primate. The creation of this committee and its terms of reference are to come before General Synod in July, 2013.
