The Millennium Development Goals are 8 international development goals that all 192 United Nations member states and 23 international organizations agreed, in 2000, to achieve by 2015. Our Primate, the National Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, and the Archbishop of Canterbury have all encouraged our work to achieve these goals.
