The Anglican Church of Canada is holding the forty-fourth session of the General Synod from June 23-29, 2025 in London, Ontario (Diocese of Huron) at RBC Place London.
With more than 240 delegates —bishops, clergy and lay people, including youth— from every part of Canada, as well as ecumenical and international guests, General Synod 2025 will offer excellent opportunities to meet and interact with leaders and decision-makers from The Anglican Church of Canada and beyond. We anticipate up to 350 people will be present each day.
General Synod 2025 will include business sessions, worship, a primatial election and installation of the 15th Primate of The Anglican Church of Canada, and a farewell dinner for the Most Rev. Linda Nicholls, the 14th Primate, and an opportunity to thank the Acting Primate, the Most. Rev. Anne Germond.

Exhibit program details
Regular price (as of February 25, 2025): $2,500
Exhibit booths are 8 ft. deep by 10 ft. wide.
They include pipe and drape booths, 1 skirted 6 ft. table and 2 chairs.

All plenary sessions and most General Synod events will take place at RBC Place London. The agenda outline will indicate which events are offsite.
Exhibits will be located in the second-floor ballroom at RBC Place London.
Participating exhibitors will receive the agenda outline and more information on the schedule closer to General Synod 2025. In the meantime, key dates to note include:
- June 23, 2025: Exhibitor set-up, on-site registration, opening worship service
- June 24, 2025: General Synod business and exhibit program begins
- June 25, 2025: Primatial Farewell
- June 26, 2025: Primatial Election (exhibit program closed)
- June 29, 2025: Final day of business and exhibit program, exhibitor take-down, closing worship service and installation of the 15th Primate
Prime time to visit exhibits will be meal breaks and morning and afternoon breaks.
When business is in session, exhibitors will have the opportunity to observe on a monitor in the exhibitor area or in plenary hall.
Exhibitors are welcome to attend the opening worship service, the Primatial Election, and the closing worship service and installation of the new Primate.
During General Synod there will be an electronic directory for the exhibit program, available to all delegates, guests and observers on the General Synod 2025 website. It will include information on exhibitors and their booth locations.
In the application process you will be asked for a brief description of your organization to be included in the directory.
Participating exhibitors will receive information on a block of rooms reserved for exhibitors at a local hotel.
Information on meal plan offers will be included at time of registration. Exhibitors and all those assisting at exhibits are required to register online in advance of General Synod. Registration opens March 2025.
