Heavenly Father, we praise you from our beautiful valley, as nature awakens from the long winter sleep, so is our call to serve You being renewed. Your Son, taught us to “love God and love people”, we are seeking new ways to show this love. We seek your guidance and wisdom on how best to serve our seniors, those who are lonely, and families who are struggling. May our churches be places of belonging for all. May we go beyond our walls. Show us how to overcome the challenges presented in building community in rural ministry.
We celebrate our three church identities, St. John’s, St Mark’s and Holy Trinity, the things that make us different and the things which we hold in common. Keep us mindful that all we do; we do, for You. We pray for our Church beyond our peaceful valley, Holy Spirit guide all that we do, fill us, renew and strengthen us, as we go in peace to love and serve our Lord. Amen
