The Partners in Mission Coordinating Committee strengthens and nurtures the Anglican Church of Canada’s relationships with global and ecumenical partners. The committee works with the Office of the Primate and General Secretary and the Public Witness for Social and Ecological Justice to foster initiatives that promote justice, peace and reconciliation, tackle human trafficking and enforced migration and foster covenant companionships with churches in Canada and around the world.
Coordinating committees oversee and coordinate the work of staff, task forces, working groups and commissions. Additional details about this committee are available in its Terms of Reference (section II.3) in Appendix B of the Handbook of the General Synod.
