Indigenous Ministries

Indigenous Ministries supports the Indigenous Peoples of Canada (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) spiritually, socially, economically and politically. We recognize that the purity of the land base provides for all our needs.

As active participants in the life of the church, we strive for reconciliation with the Anglican Communion and work towards Indigenous self-determination.

New: Listen and subscribe to the Sacred Teachings Podcast. The teachings, languages, traditions and stories of the Ancestors are shared in the podcast series “Sacred Teachings”.  Highly respected Indigenous speakers are featured in this series, with a different theme for each season, including the sacredness of Creation and finding meaning in a global crisis.
