We Intend… generous intentional living program for congregations
We Intend… is a discipleship and stewardship program designed to help congregations and faith communities live more intentionally as followers of Jesus. Building on the principles of individual discipleship in I Intend…, this program focuses on collective action and congregational mission. Rooted in the Baptismal Covenant and the Anglican Marks of Mission, it guides participants to reflect on five areas of Christian life—TELL, TEACH, TEND, TRANSFORM and TREASURE—and discern how to live out God’s mission together through time, talent and financial stewardship. We Intend… can be used independently or as a follow-on to I Intend… to inspire generous and intentional living at both the personal and congregational level.
