Administrative History:

Committee on Ministry and its related department, Personnel Resources, were responsible for the development and support of healthy and effective professional ministry in the Anglican Church of Canada by assisting the Primate, bishops, individuals, ACPO (Advisory Committee on Postulants for Ordination) on personnel, training, & continuing education issues.

After Canon XXIV was repealed in 1962, the Board of Examiners became a sub-committee of the Committee on Ministry (1962-1977).

Scope and Content:

Fonds consists of minutes of the Committee on Ministry, committees and task forces, subject files, ACPO files, and clergy files.
