The Anglican Book Centre (ABC) and the Centre for Spirituality at Work have joined to help people deepen the connection between who they are and the work they do through various workshops.
“The partnership will see ABC being elevated to a community centre for spiritual events,” said Dan Benson, ABC general manager. “We hope to draw a different crowd to the bookstore by hosting the workshops.”
The Centre for Spirituality at Work has been offering the program since its first conference in 1998, many in partnership with the Continuing Education department of St. Michael’s College. Other workshops are held in Guelph, Ont.
The workshops attract people from different faith tradition as well as those who describe themselves as spiritual, but not religious.
The first of the workshops were offered in early September.
