Statement approved in 1997 by Canada’s Anglican bishops updating thier 1979 guidelines for dealing with the ordination of homosexual individuals and pastoral relationship with the gay community. Includes discussion of gay and lesbian people in society and the church, blessing of covenanted relationships and the ordination of gay and lesbian people.
