Christmas touched by the spirit of full communion

Anglican Primate Fred Hiltz and National Lutheran Bishop Susan Johnson speak of the Prince of Peace and share Christmas memories in a special joint message now available online.

The Anglican Church of Canada and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada have been in full communion since 2001, when the Waterloo Declaration asserted their similarities and allowed for interchangeability of clergy.

The four-minute Christmas video message can be downloaded for use in parishes and elsewhere.
