You have some ways to inspire your congregation. Time to get more co-ordinated with a Giving Team. Invite those who give to hear how their generosity impacts ministry. Thank donors for their gifts.

Take your ministry to the next level with ideas from congregations. Try videos and first-person reports, providing orientation and support for key leadership, and extending your ministry of gratitude.

Praise for Giving our Thanks and Praise

“I ran the program with the congregation on Sundays and it was just great. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and it gave us all something to think of together and at the same time .We had a chance to discuss each week and I was surprised and delighted at the response from people I expected to be silent.

Thanks Ever so much. God bless you for sharing.”

—Rev. Genny Rollins. All Saints, Coniston.

About the program

Giving Our Thanks & Praise is a parish program to promote stewardship – generosity, giving and gratitude. It is developed by and designed for clergy and lay people in the Anglican Church of Canada. Its development was supported by a 2017 Ministry Investment Fund grant. Staffing for this project is facilitated through a partnership between the Philanthropy Unit of the United Church of Canada and the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Canada.
