At General Synod last summer and at several meetings since then, many people have benefited from a lively video on the history and contents of a plan to guide the Anglican Church of Canada’s ministry and mission over the next six years.
The 12-minute Anglican Video production entitled The Framework captures the background to and essence of this important document through the eyes of Tim Morgan, a young Anglican from Winnipeg who is a member of the Communications and Information Resources Committee.
This video is now available on the Anglican Church of Canada’s national web site (www.anglican.ca) where it can be viewed or downloaded.
The full title of the document approved by General Synod last June isServing the World, Strengthening the Church: A framework for a common journey in Christ.
In the video, Mr. Morgan speaks to several key people who guided the document through to General Synod and he explains how this new vision for the church will affect Anglicans at all levels of the church from pew to national.
