START UP! START OVER!

START UP! START OVER! is a popular program of the Episcopal Church to help congregations rediscover the optimistic, mission-oriented spirit that marks healthy and thriving congregations. It is for people who believe that church is about the transformation of people’s lives and provides practical, goal oriented congregational development and growth training.
The program invites clergy and laity to attend, preferably in parish teams to be able to implement their learnings effectively!
Topics include: principles of congregational development; Congregational life cycles; dealing with conflict and resistance to change; use of multi-media in congregational life and worship; interpreting demographic; encouraging growth; reaching the unchurched; leading in challenging times….and more!
Agenda will include time for Canadian participants to gather, share and network!!
