Letter from the General Secretary
Dear COGS members and diocesan leaders,
As you know, the Council of General Synod (COGS) met from March 31 to April 3, 2011. This was a different COGS because we met together with the National Church Council of our full communion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada sister church.
In the spirit of improved communications and building a “conversation,” I have recorded a video message and offer links to the COGS daily highlights. I hope you make time to watch the video and read the daily reports and that you find these tools to be useful as you in turn report back as widely as possible in your region.
I invite you to correspond with me via phone, letters, or email about any concerns, questions, or comments that you or those with who you are in contact may have as we move through the triennium.
